• Return Authorization Number required for all returns
• Items that have been placed in water cannot be returned 
• Liquid products that have been opened cannot be returned
• If an Item is found to be defective it should be returned for warranty repair and a return authorization number is required 
• Customer is responsible for all freight on original shipment and return freight on authorized returns 
• Warranty Repair Returns Customer Pays Freight One Way 
• Returns are subject to a re-stocking charge of 25%
